Online Report: Share Your Project

With Share Project, you can publish your project heatmaps to our secure online servers and share them with your clients. You can also customize the online GBP report with a custom logo to match your client’s branding.

To share your project, navigate to: GBP > Projects

On the Projects screen, hover over the selected project and click the Share Project button.

A pop-up window will appear where you can choose whether to include a custom logo in the shared report. In this example, we selected Upload from file (image file).\

Once the online report is generated, you’ll see a message containing the public report URLs.

Tip: The generated URL is public—anyone with the link can view the report.

You can copy and paste the link into your browser, or click Open in Browser to open it in your system’s default browser.

The Shared Project URL

When you open the URL in your browser the you will view a detailed online report of your GBP project heatmaps. The view is broken into the keywords list (all GBP project keywords, in our example we have only one). You can select different keywords from your project and the report will change the view of all generated heatmaps for selected keyword.

On the top half of the screen you see all details for selected heatmap with metrics like visibility and raking scores.
