# Diagram description

### Diagram Meta Data

A diagram description is a text created by the user to include essential information about the diagram. The text can be anything and its only intended to be used for reference.

To edit diagram meta data, click on "**Edit Meta Data**" on toolbar.

A new windows will open where you can enter a description for your diagram. You can also change your diagram name.

After entering your text, click on "**Save**" to save diagram meta data for current diagram.
